Mary M. Stuart is a Legal Consultant working in the Abu Dhabi office of M.E.N.A. Bridge Advisors L.L.C. Her practice focuses on choice of entity counsel, entity formation, corporate law matters, and supervising local litigation in the U.A.E. and broader Gulf Cooperation Council zone. Prior to joining MBA, Ms. Stuart served as an International Legal Consultant for a Washington, D.C. - based law firm in its M.E.N.A. Practice Group in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
 
Ms. Stuart is a member of the State Bar of Texas where she is licensed to practice law. Ms. Stuart obtained her law degree from South Texas College of Law located in Houston, Texas, where she served as a member of the South Texas Law Review. Ms. Stuart has worked as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Tim Taft, Judge for the First Court of Appeals. Ms. Stuart has previously worked while in law school for Patterson & Sheridan LLP, a law firm specializing in intellectual property law, including trademark/copyright infringement and patent prosecution.
 
Ms. Stuart holds a Master of Science Degree - Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Baylor University located in Waco, Texas. Ms. Stuart has extensive experience in education and learning programs, especially science and mathematics, having taught at all educational levels, including university, for a number of years. Ms. Stuart has substantive international experience having lived as an expatriate and traveled in numerous countries for the past 12 years.
